🇺🇸 IMPORTANT INFORMATION – SHIPMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES
As of August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has eliminated the “de minimis” exemption (Section 321) for shipments from Canada and several other countries.
This means that all shipments from Canada to the U.S. departing on or after August 29, 2025 — regardless of purchase date or value — are now subject to:
- Full customs clearance procedures
- Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed directly by U.S. Customs
What this means for our U.S. customers
- Additional customs fees (duties, taxes, brokerage) may apply upon receipt of your order.
- These fees are beyond our control and are determined by U.S. authorities.
- Delivery times may be longer than usual due to mandatory customs clearance for every parcel.
What we are doing on our end
- Providing clear and detailed commercial invoices to minimize extra fees.
- Using the CUSMA/USMCA trade agreement whenever applicable to reduce duties.
- Exploring logistics solutions to limit the impact of these new requirements.
⚠️ Important: These changes are a direct result of U.S. government policy. We have no control over these fees. Our team is doing everything possible to help reduce costs and keep your experience as smooth as possible.

PRODUCTION TIMES
Most items are made and painted to order.
- For orders placed on or after October 1, 2025, the estimated production time is approximately 6 weeks before shipping.
- For orders placed before October 1, 2025, the production time may still take up to 2 months before shipping.
⚠️ Important: Production times are always approximate and may change at any time depending on the number of orders in progress, without notice.
Since each piece is custom-made and painted to order, lead times may vary from order to order depending on the items purchased.

SHIPPING
We provide fast & secure trackable shipping across Canada and the United States using the following carriers: UPS, Purolator, DHL Express, Canada Post/USPS, and GLS Transport. Shipping typically takes 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location within these countries.
All our parts are thoroughly inspected before shipping, ensuring they meet our quality standards. Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking number via email automatically. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to update in the system.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate boxes and may not arrive at the same time. This is beyond our control, as some carriers deliver packages over multiple days. However, your tracking details will indicate the total number of boxes you are expecting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
- Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your shipment.
- All shipments are delivered without signature and will be left at your door. If you require a signature upon delivery, additional fees will apply. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to add this option to your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER
We also offer international shipping upon request. If you require shipping outside Canada or the U.S., please fill out the following form with your details, and we will provide you with a custom quote. If you accept the quote, we will create a custom cart so you can securely check out directly on our website.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and import fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for covering these costs.
